How It Works: Simple, Transparent, Rewarding
The Cocoon Circle follows a One Tier, One Earning Scheme model:

EARN
For every minimum stay of five consecutive nights at any Cocoon Collection resort in the Maldives, members earn one complimentary night for future use.
REDEEM
From your second stay onward, you may redeem one complimentary night per qualifying reservation of five or more nights (i.e., your 6th night is free).

Complimentary Night Redemption
Complimentary nights are redeemable across any Cocoon Collection property in the Maldives. Redemption is subject to availability and applicable booking policies. Complimentary nights apply to entry-level room categories only. Upgrades are available at an additional charge.
Validity & Eligibility

Only stays completed after membership enrollment are eligible for rewards.

Complimentary nights are valid for three years from the date they are earned.

Complimentary nights are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Complimentary nights are not valid during festive periods, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

No limit to the number of complimentary nights redeemed during a single stay.

Valid only for future reservations made post-enrollment. Extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
